Cancellation Policy – Cafe Evergreen

We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please review our cancellation policy:

  • Reservation Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Group Reservations: For parties of 50 or more, a deposit may be required, which is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation.

  • Special Events & Private Bookings: Cancellations for special events or private dining require at least 2 days’ notice for a full refund.
